The raw file is at /data/Woodfielduber.csv.

- The first line is a generic header, "Column1,Column2,Column3,Column6". The
  real field names, ItemNum, ItemName, Dept_ID and Price, are on line two.
- 12,168 data rows in total, of which 8,556 are distinct products. The rest are
  exact duplicates, two tax bookkeeping rows priced at -0.01, two rows where a
  barcode sits in the name field, and 19 rows with an unusable price.
- Apostrophes are doubled, so TRADER VIC''S means Trader Vic's.
- Names are register shorthand in mixed case, abbreviated and frequently
  misspelled: SMINOFF for Smirnoff, GATOREDE for Gatorade, PAMOLIVE for
  Palmolive, GINER for ginger, TITOS may be TOSTITOS. Match fuzzily.
- Pack size and volume are inside the name rather than in their own column,
  for example "MODELO 12 PK BTTL" and "TITO'S 1.75 L".
- Department codes: NONE is beer, wine and spirits, 05 drinks and soda,
  06 grocery, 07 candy and gum, 08 household and personal care, 10 is tax
  bookkeeping and not a product.
